Amanda is a natural leader and connects exceptionally well with others. Over the past fifteen years, Amanda has led various instructional design projects, including various Indigenous youth health education programs for students throughout the Northwest Territories and Nunavut. Most recently, Amanda has been managing design and development projects for LifeWorks, BC Trustees, Calian Learning, George Brown College, Queens University, Western University, OCAD, the Auditor General of Canada, and First Nations University of Canada.
Amanda lives in Montreal, QC with her husband, two boys, two dogs, and one cat – she the only girl in a house full of boys. She has always loved the impact that words can have on our lives, and is a collector of quotes, podcasts, stories and an occasional meme (or two). Fun Fact: Amanda discovered a deep love for Star Trek in recent years and has been slowly watching – and loving – all of the series.
