Bulk Course Creation Case Study

With Centennial College

Project Overview

KnowledgeNow was contracted to design, develop, and integrate more than 100 online and hybrid courses across multiple departments at Centennial College. Leveraging a customized design management system, the team coordinated a network of instructional designers, subject matter experts, and multimedia developers to deliver a large-scale, high-quality learning experience.

Each course was built within the Brightspace Learning Management System (LMS) using a structured framework that ensured consistency, scalability, and alignment with institutional standards. All courses successfully met Quality Matters criteria for design and learner engagement.

Building on this success, KnowledgeNow expanded its collaboration with Centennial College to include full program development in Architectural Technology and Automobile Fundamentals, supporting the college’s commitment to modern, accessible, and high-performing digital learning environments.
