Project Overview

KnowledgeNow worked alongside Telus Health and the Interplan Trustee Education Committee (ITEC), on behalf of the boards of trustees of the four British Columbia public sector pension plans, to design and develop online and facilitated training sessions.

An education roadmap was developed for an in-house trustee education curriculum that is layered and divided into bite-sized pieces to support learner access, comprehension, and retention. Additionally, the roadmap encourages opportunities for trustees with long tenure to continue learning through coaching, communities of practice, external training, and conference attendance.

Our partnership with LifeWorks (now Telus Health) has resulted in an ongoing working relationship as we embark on several new online learning ventures, in addition to securing a contract for ongoing maintenance of the ITEC course.
